Third level concrete wall rebar is 50% complete, closing walls and concrete pour will complete the third level walls. Backfill is ongoing around perimeter and is 30% complete. 80% of the deck shoring has been removed. The next milestone is structural steel starting. All steel fabrication is 100% complete and has been inspected. On the lowest level concrete floor, the slab on grade underground utilities will be starting with the slab on grade placement to follow.
